Chain of Custody APIs

These APIs let integrators retrieve the same Chain of Custody information available in the Unduit platform: a device-level list of processed assets, and a per-device timeline of custody events across repair, ITAD, remote recovery, and deployment workflows.

Order types

Timeline responses use these order types. The list endpoint returns device fields only (no order_type); use the timeline to see order history for a device.

  • repair — Repair orders
  • itad — ITAD orders (not linked to a recovery)
  • recovery — Remote recovery orders (order_number = remote recovery order; recovery_number = campaign employee recovery number)
  • deployment — Deployment orders (timeline only)
